The workshop reviewed and discussed the draft strategic plan of the company for the years (2017 2018 2019) through the presentation prepared by the team and the consultant where he briefed the attendees on the steps and stages of preparation of the plan and then began to discuss and direct some queries and observations on the matrix of projects and plan.
The team and the consultant explained all the comments. The participants praised the good preparation of the plan and its comprehensiveness of all the activities of the company and concluded the workshop to the following recommendations : - .
Establish a mechanism to ensure supervision and follow-up of the implementation of strategic plan projects and programs in order to avoid overlap with the follow-up related to the activities of the company.
Taking into account the diversity of the company's activities to enhance capacity building, resource availability and multiple sources of funding..
Prepare a guide for performance and performance evaluation indicators for programs and projects that are realistic and measurable..
Prepare a plan for monitoring and evaluation of performance indicators to ensure the implementation of programs and projects according to the time schedule..
Conducting an annual workshop to assess the actions taken regarding the implementation of the strategic plan.
