The African Company for Electrical &Mechanical Projects has a Strategy Planning for development and improve of the performance o f the company as following :-
1 – sharing with manufacturing companies as XD- EGEMAC as a partner in the factory of switchgear and circuit breakers.
 2- Increase the capital of the company to 10,000,000 L.D.
 3- Using our partners for the execution of the huge projects as the over head lines and installation of electrical substation for 220 kv &400kv and training of our technician s and engineers.
4 - Flow the new techniques and procedures related to the scope of the company.
5- Opening of new branches all around the country, for execution and follow up of the company projects.
6- Development of the company activities as per the international standards and regulations.
